Services

We provide spa and wellness services including but not limited to hydrotherapy treatments, aromatherapy, wellness coaching, mindfulness programs, and wellness retreats. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Service descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or email. A valid booking requires confirmation from grantiygea. Payment may be required at the time of booking or service, as specified during the booking process. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual treatments and 48 hours for retreat packages. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges. Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Health and Safety

You must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medical concerns that may affect your ability to receive our services safely. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be harmful to your health or safety. You participate in all activities at your own risk.

User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information when booking services, arrive on time for appointments, treat our staff and facilities with respect, follow all facility rules and safety guidelines, and notify us of any changes to your health status that may affect your treatments.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of grantiygea B.V. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. The grantiygea name and logo are trademarks of grantiygea B.V.
