We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend retreats and during peak seasons. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

We provide everything you need including robes, towels, and slippers. Just bring yourself and arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and begin your relaxation process.

Yes, we offer gift certificates for all our services and retreat packages. They make perfect gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, or any special occasion. Contact us to purchase a gift certificate.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations of individual treatments and 48 hours for retreat packages. Cancellations made within this timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you when possible.

Many of our treatments can be adapted for pregnant women, but we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider first. Please inform us of your pregnancy when booking so we can recommend the most suitable treatments and make any necessary modifications.
